The cottage consists of four double/twin en-suite bedrooms, an attractive, comfortable lounge with fireplace and an open-plan kitchen-dining area. A hand-built wood-and-stone table stands under a huge oak tree in the garden and provides a spectacular setting for outdoor meals. Clearbrook is well-equipped and is serviced most mornings.

We have six kilometres of the Umzimkhulu River for fishing; as well as a number of stocked dams on the farm. We have developed 20 kilometres of single track for mountain biking or trail running; this track links to the Sani Spoors single track, giving guests access to many more kilometres of mountain bike tracks/trail runs.
We also have two measured long-distance swims in the two larger dams on the farm. A portion of the farm is a listed Protected Area, to assist in conserving key wildlife species of the area.
